No, Kristine.
That is incorrect information. Literally the definition on racism is one race oppressing another. You cannot redefine what racism is to fit your perspective or right wrongs you need to deal with on your own time. Black people supporting anti-Black ideologies is not racist because they are not oppressing other Black people or anyone at all, it is ignorance. Ignorance is a byproduct of racism but it is not the definition of it.
You can hold people like, Candace Owens, accountable without perpetuating a narrative that she and people who follow her ideologies are racist. She is not of the dominate culture and she can still get shot in the middle of the street and die just like the rest of Black folx. Her point of view does not absolve her from this fact. She has no privilege, despite caping for anti-Black ideologies. Her voice is only loud for this reason. The moment she switches up her tune. She will be silenced.
I’m sure you meant well with this article but trying to push the issue that Black people can be racist by attempting to redefine and add nuance to what already exists, only perpetuates a problem you are trying to solve.
Be well.
